Returns and Exchanges

All of us at Greenstreet Cycles want you to have the proper gear to make the most of your cycling experience. Our Satisfaction Guarantee ensures just that. We will exchange any item or refund your purchase with all original packaging and tags within 30 days of the original purchase. Bicycles cannot be returned.*

 

In-Store Purchase

In-store purchases can be returned or exchanged in store with all original packaging and tags. Items purchased with Gift Certificates can be exchanged or returned for store credit. Without a receipt, an item with original tags and packaging intact can be returned for an exchange or store credit.

 

Online Purchase

All items purchased online that are being returned must have a Return Authorization Number (RA#) provided by Greenstreet. Returns may be subject to a 15% processing fee. Please email info@greenstreetcycles.com with any questions. 

 

No Hassle Return Policy

We can accept a return on any equipment or apparel as long as it’s still in new condition, in the original packaging, with the original tags still attached. Once a product is installed or used, we are unable to take it back unless it’s due to a defect. Defective merchandise will be replaced with identical non-defective merchandise. If you need to make a return, please contact us prior to returning the item so we can set up a RA number for you. This way we can process your return in less time when you send it back to us.

 

Exchanges

We are more than happy to accept exchanges; however, we find it faster if you make a new purchase for the item(s) you want and then return the original order for a full refund. This saves time as we do not have to wait to receive the returned item before sending out the new one.

 

Defective/Damage Returns

If you received a product that was damaged or defective*, we can replace it for you and cover shipping both ways. Give us a call or send us an email so we can set up a RA account for you. We will then email you a prepaid return label you can print out and stick on the box to ship the item back free of charge. Once we are notified by FedEx that the item is on the way back to us, we can get a replacement out right away.

*If you purchased a bike that was damaged in shipping, please notify us as soon as possible. You will need to contact the shipping company promptly to take advantage of the insurance that you purchased to cover your bike should any damage occur while it was in transit.
